Our restaurant, Sno 'N' Dough, is located at Parkville Market in Hartford and has been recently featured in the Hartford Courant and Yelp Elites. We serve carnival style treats with a modern twist, but our most unique offering is a made-to-order New Orleans style, customizable frozen "Sno-ball" treat.
