Windham Connecticut Republican Committee

We would like to setup a "booth" using a canopy, card table & a Windham Republicans banner attached to the canopy. The Republican Committee will have a few members representing us and plan on handing out business cards with our logo and QR code on the back which will direct the person to our website. We would like to greet people, have voter registration forms available if wish to sign up to vote, answer any questions someone may have and hopefully "recruit" people to join our committee. We plan on having candy to hand out to children & the public. **If the Republican Registrar or Deputy is NOT available the members understand we CANNOT sway a person on what affiliation they wish to registrar for.
