As frugal as we are, it still costs more than $45,000 for each season. Our annual costs include:
Stage Entertainment - $15,000. Featuring a wide variety of performances on up to seven separate stages. Performers include musicians, dancers, and theatre troupes.
Special Themes - $2500. Each month, one area will focus on music and activities for: Children, Farmers, Crafters, College Students, Latin/Urban Music, Bikers, anything is possible!
Children's Events & Street Performers- $5000. We engage children with interactive activities in the Children’s Area. Street performers entertain us while we stroll, sample food, and shop.
Advertising - $5000 per month. We advertise in many local and regional newspapers and several radio stations, and on-line social media. We reach beyond Eastern CT to let the rest of the state know how special we are!
Overhead - $20,000. Insurance, port-a-lets, tshirts and our Event Coordinator.
